The consultation fee to see Dr Tavakoli is $200. Dr Tavakoli's time is just as valuable as yours and we do our utmost to respect your time. Due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients we require a minimum of 5 working days notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; such that there is a $100 fee for missed appointments.
General Etiquette
In consideration of other patients and clients, we ask that you either switch off mobiles or set them to a silent. Children are welcomed but it is important that they are supervised at all times whilst in the practice, especially during in the consultation room with Dr Tavakoli.
