Revision Breast Augmentation: Changing the Implant Pocket

Up until 10 years ago, the trend was to place a breast implant on top of the pectoralis muscle (subglandular pocket). The current trend is to place the implant behind the muscle (dual pocket placement), which has improved the outlook of breast augmentation surgery.
