As a young model, Holly Young was concerned about the asymmetry she had between her breast. After consulting with numerous Plastic Surgeons in Melbourne, Holly decided to travel interstate for breast augmentation surgery with Leading Plastic Surgeon, Dr Kourosh Tavakoli.
Breasts are like sisters, not twins therefore no woman will have perfectly symmetrical breasts. For some women, the disparity between sizes can be quite noticeable, causing distress.
During your consultation, Dr Tavakoli will comprehensively assess your breasts and come up with a surgical plan to address the issues of concern.
Travelling interstate for surgery was not a decision that Holly Young took lightly, however, after seeing his results first hand through friends who had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Tavakoli, Holly contacted the clinic to book a consultation.
As a travelling patient, Holly was required to send images of her breasts according to a set criteria for assessment. Her images were then assessed by Dr Tavakoli prior to her consultation via Skype and she was deemed suitable for surgery.
The day before her surgery, Holly had her face to face consultation with Dr Tavakoli where her breasts were measured and a surgical plan was put in place.
On the day of her surgery, Holly reported feeling nervous but excited. She attended East Sydney Private Hospital, and was prepared for surgery. She met with her anaesthetist and then was marked up by Dr Tavakoli prior to surgery.
Following surgery, Holly stayed in Sydney for a week to recover and had several appointments with Dr Tavakoli’s Practice Nurse and Dr Tavakoli to monitor her recovery and give her the all clear to fly home.
